Course Levels Explained
Diploma
This course leads to the awarding of a Diploma. This qualification recognises the graduate’s capacity for initiative and judgement across various technical and management functions. Diploma holders typically have personal responsibility and autonomy (semi-independence) in performing technical operations or organizing others in the workplace.
The Diploma is an attractive alternative to completing 3-year undergraduate courses (BSc) or postgraduate education (MSc) with higher education providers.

Prerequisites
There are NO previous work experience or education entry requirements (A level) for any course level. Graduates can expect higher course levels to result in higher potential salaries, positions and skill capabilities.
To complete your Diploma in Real Estate, you should have a good understanding of the English language. No IELTS language test is required.

Course Length
Students typically complete their Diplomas within 24 weeks.
However, you can study our real estate courses online at your own pace (full-time or part-time). You don’t have to worry about assignment deadlines. This means you are in total control of how long it takes to complete the learning programme.
If you wish, you can fast-track the course and graduate in a matter of months. Or you can take much longer than this. We allow up to three years for you to complete your studies. You get to determine your own start date.

Friday, 27th December 2024 is the next enrolment cut off date. Places are limited, in demand and entry into the course is on a first come first served basis.
